Rolla's Rodeo Blouse is an asymmetrical wrap style blouse with a deep v-neck, hook and eye at bust for extra coverage, and gentle bell shaped sleeves cut on the bias. This blouse has an effortless style and crafted with a 90's mermaid luminescent fabric.
