Free shipping for all U.S. orders over $150.

$10 Flat rate shipping for all U.S. orders under $150.

Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders placed online  are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.   Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

USPS and UPS is responsible for all lost packages. Please contact them directly for any claims about your package.  If the tracking status of your order states that your package has been delivered but you did not receive your package, please directly contact USPS or UPS.

All express orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Express orders need to be placed by 12pm CST to ship the same day otherwise all orders placed after 12pm CST will be shipped out the following business day.

If you would like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package, please email parc.onlineorders@gmail.com - additional fees may apply.

Parc is not responsible for delays, stolen or damaged packages, replacement of lost orders or orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

 

International

All international orders are shipped via USPS priority international or UPS. Orders placed online  are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping delivery dates are based on region/country.   

For orders shipping to Canada, there is a flat $25 shipping rate.

For all other countries, there is a flat $45 shipping rate.

If you would like to upgrade to a different shipping option, please email parc.onlineorders@gmail.com  - additional fees may apply. 

Parc is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, stolen or damaged packages, or any costs incurred by customs and the buyer's responsibility. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and to clear the package from customs.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We're happy to offer a refund for full priced items within 7 days of your purchase or delivery date provided the items have been unworn and in their original condition with hang tags attached. After 7 days, the item(s) may be returned for store credit or exchange for up to 30 days of the ship date. All refunds exclude original shipping costs. 

Orders placed using a promotional or discount code at checkout is valid for store credit or exchange only.
