Shipping & HandlingOrders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email.
US OrdersAll standard domestic orders are sent via USPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from shipped date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders are shipped to the address provided, Parc is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. International OrdersAll international orders are sent via USPS first class international. Shipping delivery dates and rates are based on region/country. Parc is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages, or any costs incurred by customs.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Parc has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and to clear the package from customs.
All express 1 and 2 day orders are shipped via Fed Ex. Express orders need to be placed by 2pm CST to ship same day otherwise all orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped out the following business day.
Payment InformationWe accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal payments.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Minnesota only.
Order StatusYou can view and track your order status by signing into your account and selecting purchase history. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
In Store PickupIf you would like to pick your item up in the store at our NE Minneapolis location, please use online code "INSTORE" for free shipping. We will contact you via phone or email and let you know when your item(s) are ready for pickup. All in-store pick up orders must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Online confirmation of order must be present for pick up. Anything ordered after 3 p.m. CST will result in next business day processing. Please call 612-353-4966 if you need expedited pickup, we'll do our very best to accommodate all expedited orders.
Returns & ExchangesWe want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return the regular priced items in its original condition within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Sale items ending in .99, intimates, handbags and apothecary items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Returns are usually processed within a 3-4 business days of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be sure to add a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

To return your online purchase to the store, you must bring in your packing slip receipt or we will not be able to process the return. If you have misplaced your packing slip receipt, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
ExchangesAll exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipped date. Items sent back for exchange will be shipped at our cost. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable.
If an item was sent to you by mistake, we will gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We will also refund you for the returned shipping cost.

Gift CardsPARC e-gift cards may be purchased online and a gift card code will be emailed to the recipient and redeemable online only.
PARC in store gift cards are valid in-store only and cannot be redeemed at parcboutique.com.

Our sizing chart has been provided as a general guide for determining fit. In addition, we try to include accurate and detailed information regarding fit and measurements for each item in the product description. Please keep in mind, however, that sizing can vary between brands. If you are having difficulty selecting a size or are between sizes, we'd be glad to answer any questions you might have.
