Orders placed online will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email.
*Please note we are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by carrier after the product has been picked up from our offices, we are unable to guarantee the final delivery day.
All standard domestic orders are sent via USPS, UPS or Fedex and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from shipped date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
All express 1 and 2 day orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Express orders need to be placed by 12pm CST to ship same day otherwise all orders placed after 12pm CST will be shipped out the following business day.
Orders are shipped to the address provided, Parc is not responsible for delays, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. If you'd like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package please email us at email@example.com.

Parc is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, stolen or damaged packages, or any costs incurred by customs and the buyer's responsibility. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Parc has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and to clear the package from customs.

You can view and track your order status by signing into your account and selecting purchase history. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
IN STORE PICKUP
Free in store pickup is available at our NE Minneapolis location, please use online code "INSTORE" or choose Local In-Store Pick Up shipping option to apply free shipping. We will contact you via phone or email and let you know when your item(s) are ready for pickup and typically take 1-2 business days to process. All in-store pick up orders must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Online confirmation of order must be present for pick up. Anything ordered after 3 p.m. CST will result in next business day processing. Please call 612-353-4966 if you need expedited pickup, we'll do our very best to accommodate all expedited in store pickup orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be truly satisfied with your order and we're happy to offer a refund for full priced items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn in their original condition, and with all original labels and hang tags attached. After 7 days, items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase or ship date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGE If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item.
PROMO CODE SALES and any other type of promotional discount sale is eligible for store credit or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.
REFUNDS will only be issued for full priced items within 7 days and with an RA number.
FINAL SALE items may not be returned for any reason. Final sale items include apothecary, intimates and all items ending in .99 are final sale.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
Contact us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of your orders ship date to obtain your RA (Returns Authorization) Number. Include your name, order number, the item you are returning.
To return your item by mail, please include the invoice with your return order and package up your return items securely and post the parcel back to us, using your preferred shipping service. Remember to use a reliable service with tracking as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive back to us.
- To drop off your online purchase at the store, please include the invoice and it will be processed separately by our online operations department (not in stores) in 1-3 business days.
Upon inspection of the returned items, you will receive your return within 3-5 business days. We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our returns standards. By purchasing from parcboutique.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
PROMO CODE SALES
All sales using a promo code are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 30 days of purchase. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers and not valid on previous purchases.
PARC e-gift cards may be purchased online and a gift card code will be emailed to the recipient and redeemable online only. Gift cards never expire.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Parc respects your privacy and takes great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your personal information and order history will never be sold to a third party.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
